Race Relations in the Workplace.

The People Institute provides resources and tools to help address workplace bias. Companies must go deeper to make waves of change. We provide companies with the strategies to have brave conversations, create plans that address the similarities instead of focusing on the differences, and develop relationships that merge company and community.

Step 1 — Schedule a Corporate Town Hall

Corporate town halls are moderated open forums using guided questions, in a safe space, for all employees to understand and identify their personal unconscious bias

Step 2 — Training Programs

Following the corporate town hall, The People Institute will conduct training modules that lead to developing a culture of workplace equity. Topics include:

  • Team Building in the Era of Diversity

  • Communication and Listening with Positive Intentions.

  • Respect in the Workplace
