Artistic Director, Inspiration House

Peter Harris is our Creative Development Partner.  He is a writer, producer, publisher, broadcaster, educator, and founding director of the Black Man of Happiness Project, a creative, intellectual and artistic exploration of Black men and joy.

His Inspiration House Retreats allow men and women to commune with art, dance, theater, video arts, and creative writing and rediscover that creativity and imagination are indispensable tools for constructive personal and social change.

Marva Goldsmith

Marva Goldsmith has developed and implemented leadership development training and retreats, process improvement consulting and organizational effectiveness coaching and consulting for more than 20 years.  An electrical engineer, her diverse experience spans positions that include systems engineer, federal lobbyist, human resource strategist and call center director. Marva has worked with clients that range from Fortune 500 Companies to incarcerated youth with a continued focus on maximizing results, personal and professional assets and organizational effectiveness. Education: B.S., Electrical Engineering, Michigan State University; M.P.A., Harvard University; Certificate in Leadership Coaching, Georgetown University

Moorosi Mokuena is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in strategy analysis, process improvements, and executive advice to federal, state, local, and private clients. He is a skilled and practical problem solver and facilitator that has seen him become a trusted adviser to senior executives and staff in many organizations.  He has managed large process improvement projects for local, state, and federal clients using collaborative techniques. Moorosi is a dynamic speaker, passionate community advocate, and is active in the local community with at-risk youth development.
